This Health Evaluation is not meant to replace the comprehensive evaluation given to new patients.

The intention of this Health Evaluation is to invite the reader to step back for a moment from what one thinks one knows about health, and perhaps try on a new perspective about it.

It is actually uncommon to find ourselves one day completely well, and the next day sick. Adult sickness often is a slow decent from health. We just don’t notice it happening. Or we think the symptoms are just part of getting older when actually the body is essentially asking us to fix something we can fix.
