- Joint pains
- Memory loss
- Twitching
- Cognitive impairment

- Gastrointestinal (stomach/digestive) symptoms
- Neuropathy (nerve pain, numbness, tingling)
- Heart-related symptoms
- Psychiatric (depression, mood changes)
